We will do our best to get your order to you promptly (ideally within 10-14 days). We are not responsible for courier delays.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to you once your order has shipped. Please note that due to the nature of our business, your order may be split across multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Before ordering, please check with your country for any taxes/import fees you may be subject to.

Do you ship internationally? How much does shipping cost?
Yes, we ship internationally. We offer free domestic and international shipping with tracking to all our customers. There are no shipping fees or sales taxes – we want your shopping experience to be as streamlined and efficient as we want it to be.
What are your shipping and handling times?
Standard Shipping Time
US: 4-15 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
Oceania: 8-15 business days
Europe: 6-15 business days
Latin America: 10-20 business days
Other Countries: 14-30 business days
Processing Time
We typically process orders within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends). However, for custom products or large orders, processing time may sometimes take 3-7 days.
Will my order arrive in time for the shoot?
As photographers, we understand that you may be pressed for time and need your product delivered on time for your shoot. We always do our best to ensure that orders reach our customers on time, but sometimes delays may occur due to the handmade/custom nature of the product or unexpected circumstances during global shipping.
We recommend that all customers place their orders at least 20 days in advance of their shoot to ensure timely delivery.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your item has shipped, you will be automatically notified via email or text message with a tracking number.
If you don't receive a tracking number or it's invalid, don't worry. Please contact us and we'll resolve the issue!

COVID-19 Shipping Update:
Our products are shipped from various fulfillment centers. Due to business disruptions caused by local COVID-19 regulations, some products purchased during this period may experience delays.
