This Agreement will terminate immediately without prior notice from Dengeng if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Website and all copies thereof from your computer.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Website and delete all copies of the Website from your computer.

Termination of this Agreement shall not limit any rights or remedies available to Dengeng at law or in equity if you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement (during the term of this Agreement).

Notification of Copyright Infringement

Dengeng reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. If the amendment is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us in our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our website after any amendment becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Dengeng.

Entire Agreement

Notice of Dispute

If a dispute arises, you or Dengeng must send the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement setting forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving the notice, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute by email to: Support@dengeng.shop. Dengeng will send any Notice of Dispute by mail to your address, if we have your address, or to your email address otherwise. You and Dengeng shall attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations for sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute was sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Dengeng may commence arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

If you and Dengeng are unable to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations, any further attempts to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively through binding arbitration as described in this section. You waive your right to litigate (or participate as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Pending the completion of arbitration, either party may seek any temporary or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property. Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the losing party.
